Consultation Process
- Initial consultations are carried out by an experienced Cosmetic Nurses who will listen to your concerns, provide a full facial assessment and discuss available treatments.
- Following your initial consultation, treatment may be carried out on the day or at a later date if preferred.
- Once you decide to proceed with treatment, we collect a medical history and informed consent. An individualized treatment plan will then be created.
- A video teleconference will be undertaken between yourself, your nurse and your supervising medical doctor to determine your suitability for treatment.

Your treatment plan is valid for twelve months. After 12 months, you will be invited to consult our doctor for an updated plan.

This entire process typically takes 15 minutes.
