1. Eligibility:
- To enter, participants must be over 18 years of age and reside in Tasmania.
- Participants must complete any paid treatment over $100 with Nurse Sophie or Nurse Robyn at Eden Cosmetic Therapies at Bellerive or Kingston Clinic . Each treatment earns you one entry , please note reviews and consultations are not eligible.
- Bonus entry, snap a selfie with one of our nurses at the time of treatment and share this selfie on your social media and tag Eden Cosmetic Therapies.
- Participants must spend $100 or more at Eden Cosmetic Therapies and have their treatment completed prior to 5pm on 28th February 2025.
- Entrants must share this giveaway post, and like and follow Eden Cosmetic Therapies on social media platforms ( Instagram @edencosmetictherapies_tas or Facebook @edencosmetictherapies) to be eligible for entry.
- The promotion is not open to employees or immediate family -members of Eden Cosmetic Therapies.
- Entry costs are non-refundable.
2. Prize details
- The prize will be awarded to the winner on the 28th of February 2025
- The prize will need to be collected from Eden cosmetic therapies Bellerive, ID will be required.
- All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability, and must be approved by qualified practitioner before performed.
- The patient may be disqualified from redeeming the prize if the practitioner deemed the treatments unsuitable for the individual.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The prize is valid only for the winner and must be collected within 14 days of the winner announcement.
3. Winner selection and notification.
- The lucky winner will be randomly selected and announced on the 28th of February 2025.
- The winner will be contacted by Phone and email by a representative from Eden cosmetic therapies.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
4. Disqualification
- Any entry to be found to be fraudulent or not meeting the eligibility requirements will be disqualified.
5. Privacy and marketing consent.
- By entering the promotion, participants consent to the collection of their personal data for the purposes of administering the getaway and contacting the winner.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with Eden cosmetic therapies privacy policy.
6. Limitations
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Force majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Eden Cosmetic Therapies, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or changes in legislation, promotion may be modified cancelled or postponed.
